A call to strengthen the watching system and to make the population aware about the need to know the risks of  the influenza, was made in Moron by Dr. Angel Daniel Rojas, from the Frontier Veterinarian Service, in an activity about the infection which transmitted by animals, is able to lead to fatal results in human beings.
 
It deals with the design of the threating body of elements and strategies, as well as to evaluate the list of risks, and to stimulate the capacitating tasks to face up the danger, explained Mr. Rojas in the meeting attended by representatives of different entities of the location.
 
In the same activity, Mr. Sergio Rodriguez, from the Institute of Veterinarian Medicine in Moron, made a resume about what has been done during the running year, with the best results in the activation of the Municipal Commission, the giving of 6 conferences on the topic, and the control of pigeons nursing in the urban areas.
 
He also explained that the insufficiencies which are still prevailing  do not make it possible the control of all the areas, and that there is a necessity to strengthen the watching system so as to elevate the role of the heading entities in the mitigation and elimination of the highly contagious disease.
 
There were also shown audiovisuals referred to the topic, mainly in the Euro-Asian continent where lots of measures are adopted to mitigate the negative effects of the epidemic, and that specially in Egypt, there have been 111 affected people  and 35 fatal cases.
