A special program characterized by meetings, conferences and lectures is developed this Thursday in Moron, matching the activities which are held in the territory, focused on the protection of the ozone layer, in a date proclaimed by the United Nations since September 16th 1994.
 
The occasion has as its aim, to win people towards the need to stimulate measures to reduce the so called black hole, which having been caused by negative substances, makes it possible the incidence of the ultraviolet rays , which are dangerous for the human beings.
 
To fulfill such objective, it is developed, from last weekend, a program which also includes infancy contests, location of places with negative influence on the ozone layer, as well as information exchanges in the neighborhoods and small communities.
 
The Center for the Creation of Capacities, which belongs to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environmental Care in Moron City, which compels the activities, has strengthen its relationship with different sectors and entities to guarantee  a higher support to the idea.
 
The World Day for the Protection of the Ozone Layer is really relevant all over the planet , and it is derived from the Montreal Protocol, the first world agreement on the environmental theme.
