The members of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution on Moron decided to dedicate the commemorative activities of the 50th anniversary of the organization, to the historical figure of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and the 5 Cuban heroes imprisoned in the States.
 
From this Wednesday on, the membership began to develop a program of special activities which includes among others, meetings in all the popular councils, to arrange useful tasks such as journeys of cleaning and beautifying neighborhoods, blood donations, collection of recycled materials, and stimulation to founders and outstanding members of the CDRs in specific activities.
 
For next September 12 th, the mass organization made a call to develop the planting of fruit trees, with the participation of people from Turiguano, besides, it is previewed an activity to recognize relevant food productors in the territory.
 
Activities leading to the improving of the urban agriculture and the anti-vectorial campaign, blood donations and the population’s duties, are among the priorities of the organization on Moron .
